Since 1993, PCDC has created an investment of more than $457 million in 102 primary care capital projects. This investment has expanded primary care access for more than 695,000 patients, improved 850,000 square feet of space and created more than 4,725 jobs in low-income communities.
Certified as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) by the U.S. Treasury, PCDC has experienced no loan losses in its portfolio to date, and has received an AAA+2 Performance Rating from the CDFI Assessment and Rating System. Since 2007, PCDC has served as lender coordinator to the Health Resource and Services Administration national Loan Guarantee Program. PCDC has considerable expertise in the selection of financeable primary care projects and risk management of primary care loans.
